I really like this hotel. They have a good service for their clients and are always available to help. They have good quality and many different types of food, the sea is beautiful and so is also the rest of the hotel.

Strange when You are arriving to the hotel of five star and named Deluxe , but getting service non even similar to that.

If You are travelling person You can understand meaning of five star deluxe hotel, but in this time was beautiful cover , but inside totally different situation.

We arrived late in the evening,so we did not understand well what and kind of a hotel room, and where is our room,

it was corner room without sun and noise all day around the construction of a new hotel,

although nobody says that construction works are under way, and it can be noisy all 24 hours, so how children can sleep?

we asked for for a view of the sea, but since we lived in the room of the building 2 , we see only the trees and the wall of the next building, view of the sea was possibleonly if we climb onto the roof of the building.

It was family deluxe room, but it's really uncomfortable because the child's room is dark all day like a cellar ,

Even the TV was not there.

The shower and water supply system all history, all two weeks we didnt get normal temperature water, either boiling water, either very cold. Enginers come and said that have to change baterry of termostat because the old is uot of service,but during two weeks nobody did this. Four or five times we called to guest relations with askings to fix it , but nobody changed. so holidays without normal wather and shower.

Mini-bar,was filled only by calling the reception and asking if it's normal for a hotel -5 * hotel ?! All time You have to call and ask to refill.

The Guest relations work is very poor, there were no responses to my comments, it was strange , we left the computer case in the bar,

Barmen said that it was found and transmitted to the reception to the lost and found, but we did not get it back, all over even coming couple times and checking in the place and calling. It disapeared somewhere.

The first dinner was shocking, we visited Italian ala carte restaurant, that there is probably only Italian pasta and cold snacks,

what kind of it is it? the dishes were cold and, after telling the remark that nobody really did not react to the cold food or change it, how can it be in the ala carte restaurant?

Restaurants offer only a paid import wine, and the local one which serves in main restaurant local house wine non drinkable at all.

Fish in fish a la carte restaurant just baked in oil! nothing grilled fresh in this restaurant, at this restaurant level ?!

How can they lie and say that the fish is fresh if it is presented just as a file!

It is strange that the grill restauran is taxed, I think it would be honorable to have free all carte restaurants for all a guest.

The service and the etiquette in the fish restaurant are indistinguishably unprofessional and cold, no positive attitude towards the client.

The main restaurant is an incomprehensible concept of the restaurant; it is a salty snack, whether it's lunch or breakfast or dinner, all the same!

the lunch menu is very unattractive, the fried grilled meat, or baked vegetables, is it a 5 * concept ?!

dinner did not understandable whether they were thematic or even a food of the same taste, everything is the same - no choice,

apart from the Asian food that really was cooked, the sushi can not be eaten,

It takes a long time oder wine and water, because not even organized service.

fruits and desserts big variety, but a lot of demaged not fresh and not washed out at all.
In my opinion, one good seaman is missing in the restaurant, because there is a lot of worke, but no work organization.

Drinks in the main restaurant in the main is also only local, and the hotel deluxe!

The LOBBY bar is very poor, the staff at work is able to see that it's a breakthrough, no bite-pick option

It is strange that at such a level hotel has such a narrow selection of good beer.

It is very strange that during the day, there is no chance in the hotel to get of fresh fruits , just in restaurant during meal time.

The hotel is lying that it brings fresh juice during breakfast, we noticed how the juice is mixing from the extract from tetra pack.

the servicing staff is not English, knows only 2-3 phrases, and everything, no evening accent, such as candles or evening tablecloths.

At breakfast, there is a chaos in the restaurant, the children do what they want, you need to look at hygiene requirements, because not table tools on the tables.

The evening program is incomprehensible, because no one knows what will happen, all the time just live music.

True a few evenings were some of the artists from Turkey, but just turkish known and atractive just for a turkish visitors.
When rain is coming show is cancelled, because of the open arena.

We do not get any feedback from the hotel and solutions for issues.

It can be really good hotel, but really do not have a serious administrative and proper attitudeto the customers, we paid for quite big amount of money to visit hotelbut didnt get what depends to be. And if hotel wont have good administration system it will fal dawn with quality very quickly.

Fantastic holiday with me and my girlfriend. Staff so attentive, patisserie was amazing, could always find a sun lounger. Excellent choice of food, the food in Turkish restaurant was really good if a little too much. Yes, the staff don't speak much English... but you're in Turkey.. what do you expect? Could not fault this place one bit. Suzan in the bar was brilliant could not do enough for You. Only criticism would be the shop is bit expensive. Loved Turkey would be great to go back.

I have been planning this trip to this particular hotel for a long time now. I have researched a lot about this place and hav been advised by many people of its excellence. During my stay the amount of incredibly enjoying entertainment was crucial. The Hotels entertainers Melisa and Basak were very participating, active and very welcoming. We will come back again.
