I am coeliac and although not everyone fully understood what was GF they had a great understanding of cross contamination and for each item i was concerned about at least 3 people checked and confirmed... making eating out a little easier. A evil gluten sausage made its way on the plate and before anything was eaten the plate was removed very apologetic and fresh meal prepared immediately. People make mistakes its how they are dealt with that makes the difference. Our young Server Joe was more than helpful and appreciated the knowledge gained.
