We have been coming to Antigua for many years now, staying at Blue Waters hotel, just up the riad from Weatherill's. We have tried most of the nice restaurants on the island by now. Weatherill's was a recent discovery, and one we are delighted to have made. The location is outstanding, the service and food were just great, and prices are very reasonable compared to other similar restaurants. We were very lucky that our two visits this week coincided with their music evening (on a Thursday) and an annual event celebrating Antigua's cultural heritage. And they do a great Negroni! In short, we'll be back!

The Thursday night jam is pleasant with excellent vibes. The food however takes too long to be served and the drinks are watery and sub par. There is alot of room for improvement in this area.

I had gone to the Weatherills for Dinner with my family, I had gone July 6th, 2024. We had started out by being greeted to their friendly and hilarious service, Michelle in particular was our waitress. We had gotten a serving of fries, which I'm happy I made that choice. For $20 you get by far the best french fries in Antigua, and for me it was one of the best of my lifetime. My only critique for the fries was there was only enough for about one, which is still good. Then we had ordered Lemonade and a Margarita. The drinks were the biggest failure point for the Weatherills, they were lack luster, Margarita was sub par, while the lemonade although being fresh, lacked flavour. However we were given bread and spring rolls for all of our four family members. The spring roll was amazing, while the bread was perfectly heated so the butter would melt in it. Then in about 10 minutes our 5 star meal was delivered. The creamy chicken Alfredo was first. The chicken was amazing, broccolini cooked perfectly and the same could be said for the penne pasta. The serving size was amazing enough for you to be full without even having half of it. The shrimp linguini was amazing, I was not a fan of linguini, but this made me. Miso glaze salman was amazing and came with enough to feed 3 people. Overall the service was impressive, the drinks were lackluster, however the food was the best.

Totally charming! Weatherills is located on a slight incline, and the cool breeze is amazing! There's a tourist attraction right on site, too: a sugar mill - views at the top are a must-see! Typical of an old estate house: sprawling grounds, scenic views and first-rate service. The staff: Honourable mention goes to Crystal, Janeil, Jason and Team: professional, friendly, helpful, at all times! Even if it's a business stay, like mine was, you've just got to experience Weatherills for yourself. I plan to visit again soon!

Weatherills did their homework! They paid attention to every detail: historic preservation/restoration, professional service, cleanliness, beautiful landscaping, great ambience, a complete dining experience (They serve a divine butternut squash soup!!!), excellent bartenders, tastefully decorated and spacious rooms with all of the usual amenities and more, and comfortable beds and pillows. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel.
