Staff is great everywhere at the Resort. Beach attendants, Jesus & Rodrigo, are friendly and fair. Beach Bar staff is awesome, especially Jennifer and Sebastian. Workout room is large and Staff is awesome, Hemragj, Christian and Nafeeza are knowledgeable but deal with subpar equipment, as many machines are old and out of order. Bicycles and recumbents are dated and have no straps for feet or are out of order. Water fill station in the gym takes 2
minutes to fill a 32 ounce bottle while station by Golf course takes 20 seconds! We were there for 6 weeks and the front- side window of the gym had a leak and was never washed or cleaned. Disappointing.
Golf course was too crowded on tournament days as they squeezed too many golfers on the course before competition, and the communication to All-inclusive golfers was non existent and made it uncomfortable between Guests and tourney players. And the changes to the Driving Range are hideous with a hitting length of 20 yards and a net set above being only 20 feet which makes it hard to observe any ball flight.

Continuous building on the Island is a concern and the “local-ness” of the Happy Island is
Slipping with the need for non-Arubans to help the service industry.
