We loved our stay here. The pools were awesome. My kids went down the water slide 54 times in a row one afternoon and would have kept doing it probably until the sun went down if we had let them. We loved the chess set (except it was always set up sideways on the board! The right corner for each player should be a white square, management :) )The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was great, and having a kitchen and fridge was super helpful, especially with the giant grocery store right next to the hotel. We ended up eating leftovers plus some groceries for quite a few meals. The separate themes of the pools really made this great in my opinion. Adults who wanted adult time had their place, but families with kids had our place too and it was really fun! We loved it here!

Room tip: Check out the grocery store at least once!

We stayed for 6 days. Karen at the Welcome desk was amazing. She always had a smile, remembered our names and helped us organize multiple day trips and even followed up on her day off to make sure we knew the correct time to meet the tour!!!!
She was always positive, upbeat and so approachable. Stellar Customer Service hands down!
The hotel was super clean, fun outdoors events by the pool in the evenings if you don't want to go downtown, staff are all friendly and very helpful when asking for help. The proximity to the beach is perfect, just a walk across the street. Its a perfect distance from downtown if you don't want the noise from the nightlife. We will be back for sure.

We stayed here for three nights at the front end of our 10 day vacation to Aruba, with two children under 5. We loved the layout of the suite, and the fact that we could put the kids to bed and still use the kitchenette & living space. We were on the 5th floor at the very end of the building near a scary looking fire escape- a gate would have given me peace of mind when coming and going with children. Kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and cookware.

The beach is a short walk away, and we didn’t mind it at all- however it was absolutely ridiculous that people were reserving palapas at 4am, when the resort had signs everywhere saying they would remove belongings after an hour and a half once they were tagged at 6. This definitely wasn’t happening and we saw many “reserved” palapas not in use until well into the morning. This was disappointing for us especially as we were often leaving the beach before these people ever showed up. It took away from our beach experience a bit - we were thankful to have brought our beach tent.

The pools were great, and we never had an issue finding a palapa or chairs when we went after lunch. The girls loved the water slide. We ate breakfast daily and it was excellent- definitely try the Aruban!

I didn’t find the unit up to my cleanliness standards- when we moved the beds over a bit to make them more kid friendly, we found a ton of dirt and garbage under the edge of the bed.

Otherwise we loved our stay and would return again!

Room tip: Definitely try the Aruban breakfast- so yummy! Also hit up Eduardo‘s beach hut for a smoothie bowl on your way to the beach.

The room we had was very comfortable with separate living room and private balcony. Lots of families and retirees there. Has the feeling of a time share. It is very close to the beach and was a quick walk across the parking lot to access. The staff was friendly and helpful. Is about a 15 minute cab ride form the airport and taxis are available if you need one to go to any other part of the island. I would return here.

The room was unbelievably moldy and musty. My sinuses burned and I became plugged up and spent my nights blowing my nose and coughing. It quickly morphed into a sinus infection. When we talked to the front desk, they said they would get maintenance on it. Well the only thing we noticed was a drop in the temperature of the room. Our little maid did her best to clean the room to keep it fresh, but it didn’t last long. They did bring in a de-humidifier the last 3 days of our stay and that helped a little. The bottom line is they should not have put any one in the room until it was ready.

Room tip: Don’t book through 3rd party agents, go through the resort. I think you get the poorest rooms.
