This was my first stay at Hyatt Aruba. It was very clean and staff was very professional. My family stayed at RIU couple months before that and experiences were very different. Both hotels were clean but Hyatt was cleaner with better sheets and and much better service overall. I can't wait to have another stay at Hyatt Regency!

Just got back from 6 days at the Hyatt Aruba. Travel to Aruba was seamless once all requirements were completed and we felt very safe while on the island. Tourism is clearly down and we were greeted with many friendly individuals that were happy that we chose to travel. In regards to the Hyatt, everyone was very respectful and safety protocols were clearly being followed. Seemingly all the guests we encountered were happy to abide by the safety measures but never felt like we were being policed by the staff members. We had fabulous drinks and food by the pool, set up activities right on the beach and dined both on and off property during our stay. The Hyatt made it easy to get our return covid tests right on property, removing any stress that would have caused. If you are looking for a safe and sunny getaway, I would not hesitate to recommend this resort. And they will be very happy to have you!

We can't say enough great things about our stay at the Hyatt! When we booked the Hyatt we had no idea how amazing it would be here! The hotel did an excellent job at keeping to the covid standards and the staff was so friendly!! I not only recommend the Hyatt, I will be back with the rest of my family!!

Stayed here last week and found that the hotel maintained strict precautions to keep its patrons safe. Operating on a skeleton crew, we understood that this stay would be different due to Covid. Each visitor had to take Covid tests and present them for entry. Temperatures were take daily for breakfast with masks worn in public areas. It was still a lovely stay as it was warm and breezy with a carefree vibe. First trip since Covid, we were thrilled.

The Hyatt overall gives a great experience of Aruba .The hotel is centrally located on the strip where you can walk to most places to eat and shop.
The hotel experience was awesome as well as the fantastic staff who always greet you wherever you go.
The watersports managed by Olga and John do a great job making sure your activities are 100 %. .
Kudos to Janet at the beach bar who made us feel like family and going beyond giving great service.
We have stayed at other hotels thru the years. The Hyatt is at the top of our list in Aruba!!!!

Room tip: We stayed ocean view and pool view closet to ocean 7th floor .Great location
