I will never recommend Barcelo to anyone. The day and night entertainment sucked, no entertainment at all. Dj Sucked, Food sucked in the buffet, same type of food every day. Never again I will stay at barcelo. You paid so much money to go have fun, and nothing happens in this Resort

Although we are quite surprised and dismayed by the content of your review regarding your holiday at our Barceló Aruba, please rest assured that your comments have been taken onboard and revised by the entire Management team, however we would like to take this opportunity to clarify certain aspects of your review as a simple matter of exactness of the information reported.

We regret reading of your disappointment with our entertainment offer. We will continue doing our best to bring performances which are of good taste and variety so as to guarantee quality entertainment for all our guests in the future.

We also regret that our buffet couldn´t meet your expectations, mainly because the quality and the diversity of our culinary offer counts to our strengths. We take your comments regarding our cuisine very seriously, because we wish that our gastronomy remains a very special treat for our guests.

We sincerely lament reading that your stay was not as pleasant as it should have been and we would be very pleased to welcome you again in the future ensuring you in advance of our utmost commitment to make your next Barceló holiday experience an unforgettable one for all the right reasons.

Excellent service, great hospitality, good food, comfortable rooms, very clean resort, and overall the most pleasant stay at an all inclusive. The staff is very helpful, always cheerful, and truly made our stay a memorable one. Thank You Barcelo Aruba!

We consider Barcelo our home away from home. We love this resort not only for its ambience but how welcomed you feel by everyone, especially by Jenny Rodgers, Front Desk Manager, who welcomes you with the kindest, heartfelt greeting and the biggest smile. Jenny goes above and beyond to make your vacation stay the happiest it can be and always makes sure the guests come first. This is true professionalism and true customer service. The entire staff is truly amazing throughout the resort and the location is fantastic because it’s close to everything, you are right in the middle of it all without it being so loud. We keep going back because of the staff, the beautiful surreal beach and the fantastic ambience. Barcelo and Aruba will forever be Our Happy Place.

Everyone there is fantastic and respectful, I only wish more travelers were as good as the employees there are. Our only disappointment was that around the pool it is still falling apart and has not been fixed in a few years. Other than that food is excellent and rooms are very clean!

loved our stay at the Barcelo Aruba. Located in Palm Beach . Walking distance to shops and restaurants . Casino is smaller than those at other resorts but very clean. Lobby was very clean and spacious. Upgraded to the Royal Level and well worth it. Premium liquor. Sandra is great. The resort is well maintained. Room was very clean , bed very comfortable. Staff were amazing and very accommodating, courteous and professional. Special recognition, Jacquelin and Nathalia, who before arriving they always replied us by mail with all our questions and request. We loved the all inclusive venue. Hibachi restaurant was fun with Murna and Boi. All staff was wonderful. Buffet had lots of choices. Stayed only 4 nights but wish we stayed longer. Booked our stay directly with Barcelo and pricing was better. We will return
