We love the Divi Phoenix. The staff is so friendly. Especially Aengy and J.R. at the Pure Beach restaurant and bar. You can tell the employees like their jobs and they all work well together. While we were there one of the bartenders, Leto, finished his last shift before retiring and the staff and guests gave him a great send off. It was so heart warming to watch. Can't wait to go back next year and see all our friends at the Divi.More

Happiest people, best workers, and friendliest individuals I have ever seen is at the Divi Phoenix Deli. Bethelie Peter, Crisienne lllidge, and Simone McIntosh go above and beyond to take care of their customers. These employees should be awarded for the happiness they display while serving their customers. We look forward to visiting the deli on a daily basis just to see the pleasant atmosphere these employees exhibit.

I wanted to recognize the following people who made our trip to the Divi Phoenix extra special this year. These people make us feel like we are family:
Sandra Mora - She greats us every morning with a smile and clean beach towels.
O'Neil - The best security person I've ever seen on the property. He is friendly, knows who is who and is always walking around checking on everyone and the property.
Julio - He is always working on the beavh, pools and property early in the morning. He greats everyone with a warm smile.
Danny - A staple to this property. He makes many events happen. Makes every smile with his warm greetings. And always helps when needed.
Angel and DJ - Year after year they make the manager's party a highlight of the week. Angel helps lead the dances and dances with the crowd. Her husband, the DJ, always takes our requests and always has the songs.
Michelle - We always look forward to her warm greeting. Every year she helps us book hotels and events. She also greets everyone in our family so warmly.

The staff at the Phoenix are so welcoming and ready to assist in all ways. Whether your stay is for one week or multiple weeks, they treat you like family.
Sandra, towel hut attendant, always has a smile and welcome greeting. Sandra is always friendly, people enjoy dropping off dirty towels/receiving clean ones because they can talk and laugh with her.
Christian, Bellman, is another who will do all he aan to make your visit a pleasure. Always with a smile and asking what do you need, what can he do for you. Christian makes the hectic time of getting luggage to your room when arriving, after long flight , enjoyable due to his sunny disposition.
Another is Anyoanni Salima, who takes care of our room. Anyoanni is courteous and always has a smile as she completes her duties
There are so many more that go out of their way to make your stay excellent. The beach attendants, Julio, Andreas, Darcy to name a few. Michelle who is at concierge desk, Danny and Eve at Activities. Gabe, maintenance, is always willing to help with an issue no matter when approached.
The staff is a big part of why we so enjoy our stay each year and look forward to our next visit.

Just got home from another wonderful trip to the Aruba Divi Phoenix Beach Resort. Of course, the weather was fantastic. It was great to see all of our friends on the staff once again. Ghislaine Chayadi had already provided us much needed and much appreciated assistance before we arrived. Stepping out of the cab, we look forward to being greeted by Cristian and Garvin ... bellman/very welcoming committee. Immediately, we see the familiar staff and the relaxation kicks in. Michelle waves from the concierge desk. The front desk staff are so patient. Even when the check-in lines are long and guests are eager to get settled in and start their vacation, Jarwain, Daniel, Claudia and Myribel efficiently keep the process moving. The beach staff, Sandra Amara, Marisol, Julio (1) and Julio (2) are always cheerful, pleasant, and working to keep the resort facilities clean. Post-COVID, the island and the resort were bustling with activity. We've never had any issues with safety, but it's nice to see Danillo and the security team around the premises. As a bonus, we were lucky to be at the resort to celebrate Lito's last day behind the bar before his retirement. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
