We have eaten in most restaurants on the Casa de Campo property & thought we would give this new one a try. SORRY!!! Service was slow. They were out of several items we wanted on the limited menu. We won’t go back & told friends who had planned to go to switch reservations.

Business dinner for 10 and was a great experience. From service to final dessert very attentive but not too much, food including app’s were delicious. Highly recommend

Beautiful place, great vibe and music. Don’t go there for top end food - it’s more about the setting and people watching. The food is ok but average and doesn’t command the price tag that it comes with. A disappointment on the food front but a fun place nonetheless.

We just returned for a lovely visit to Casa de Campo and we had dinner one night at SBG. Even though they are not part of the "all inclusive", we wanted to try the restaurant.

It's located at the end of the Marina and overlooks it. I wish we had gotten there for sunset, but we missed it. The restaurant is very pretty - as are most in the area.

Our service started really well, but then progressively got worse as larger tables were filled in the restaurant. We were only a party of two and we felt our service reflected that. Nobody checked if I wanted another glass of wine, or even how are meal tasted.

We started with the Rock Shrimp Tempura appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious. So many shrimp, and we loved every bite of it. My husband and I both got the Spicy Rigatoni al vodka, and while I enjoyed the dish, my husband did not. He found it bland and not very flavorful.

We might have gotten dessert, but it was hard at this point of the meal to even find our waiter to see a menu. We decided to cut our losses and just get the check.

If you are on the "all inclusive" plan and a small party, I cannot recommend SBG. While I thought the food was pretty good (especially the appetizer), our meal came to ~$95 (including two glasses of wine), and I just didn't feel it was worth the extra cost to veer from the "plan."
