Staff can't be bothered to help you. Went for breakfast a few times and had to get our own water from the server station. Food was always cold and tasteless.

We had such a wonderful experience with all of the staff here at the Gabi. Fidel Rosario, definitely went well above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. He took great care of us while we were at The Reserve. He is truly a great person, a great waiter, and a great asset to The Reserve!!!
Alexander also went above and beyond to make sure we felt like part of the family, and also took great care of us while we were at The Reserve.
The bar also did not disappoint as well. The staff was excellent as always, and never let our drinks run dry, until we told them too.

The Reserve is nice, but the Gabi has the best variety of food. There are several stations where the cook/chef will cook to order, and you can get the food straight from the grill. They change the 'specials' during the week, so watch for Dominican Night! Also..lobster night.

The lunch buffet was outstanding. The best mango I have ever tasted. The fresh fish was great. Way too much food to chose from.
