Hen House is our favorite spot for food in the cluster of food stands among the many, diverse kiosks and vintage Airstream-based food stands in the very cool Lote 23 space. Chef Pierre-Philippe Saussy (also of Green Pig Bistro in Washington, DC area) has created fried chicken that is impossible to improve. The sandwich uses all locally sourced and home made ingredients, including the pickles. Make sure to order the corn bread with honey butter.
