Great front desk check-in experience from Jennifer T. Arrived late morning, Elite Line signage was up but no-one recognized me or asked me to step up. Then we get greater by Jennifer and she apologized and informed me that room was not ready yet.. Not a great original experience but she provided excellent service after original interaction. Answered all questions, recognized my Elite status and provided me the option to take a lower floor or wait for original higher floor with an excellent view. We decided to wait. Stated she would expedite the room availability and about 45 minutes later received call that room was ready. She also provided recommendations for lunch. Great Service Jennifer..... Sheraton Jennifer is an asset to your team. She should be recognized for her service. Thanks for a great stay. All interaction with all other staff after original was top notch.
FYI - Food at Sheraton needs an upgrade, options, food presentation and taste specifically breakfast. IE. Skillet was small, sausage in pieces, very little vegetables, potatoes, eggs and cheese. I know the Sheraton can do better. Service was excellent each day for breakfast.More
