Another year of choosing DoubleTree Hilton San Juan as my destination for my Film Fest, and another year feeling highly pleased and rewarded of staying in this property. Yodil Caban is an extraordinary being who is always watching for the property with his commitment, discipline and charm. Denise carries her smile throughout the lobby making sure clients and staff are complying with hotel policies, Margarita n Diana (front desk) always diligent; and Ramon (maintenance) always greeting and making sure the lobby is spotless. I always recommend this property to my event share holders, clients and participants; and more so, feel proud of this young crew navigating the "ship" the way it should....steady, friendly and secure.

Unsatisfactory customer especially from Diamond status.Especially your try to introduce your family and to get them interest in comfortable with Doubletree by Hilton brand. The feedback from the family members overall wore dissatisfied with the Hotel staffs.

Let’s just say the staff here is so welcoming that when check out day comes it makes you not want to leave. I’ll actually miss the staff here. The rooms were clean and provides a Bluetooth speaker, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron, hangers,TV, coffee machine. Seriously got more than what I expected. The lounge area has board games which is super cool. There is also a small room where you can use the computer and print stuff out. The awesome staff is just a bonus. Thank you doubletree for a great stay.
