This is a small extremely overpriced guest house with tired dark decor and tired looking bed linen , dark rooms , the brochure pictures make it look a hundred times better than it is , it desperately needs some money spending on it and an upgrade for the price you pay . Also the brochure shows what looks like a bar it’s not and no alcohol or meals a part from breakfast is served here . The best thing about it was a very sweet girl who did the breakfast, otherwise after breakfast it’s difficult to find anyone to help you it took me over an hour to pay the bill as no one was there thank goodness I wasn’t running for a flight and then no one to help me bring my case down the stairs. It could be a really pretty place with a bit of care and attention and some money spent on it , but I certainly wouldn’t go back . I also would not recommend Fort de France unless like me you have to go it’s one of the biggest dumps I’ve ever had the misfortune to visit .

This is a very small place. Only 4 rooms. so it is not a hotel, and does not have the services of a hotel. We booked last minute, and there was no one to receive us, as they did not know when we were arriving.
But it is spectacular. The view of Fort of France past the swimming pool is amazing. the breakfast personally served on the terrace is a wonderful start to the day.
this is a great place to relax, and have close access to the city and beaches.

There are only 4 rooms in this mansion on top of the hill overlooking the bay. The view and infinity pool will make you want to stay there all morning! The breakfasts were wonderful with eggs and fresh fruit juices, fresh fruit, warm croissants etc! Everyone is so friendly and kind and make your stay perfect! It’s a really special place beautifully decorated .

This small hotel has an amazing view overlooking Fort de France! The hotel is decorated very stylishly, which makes it a very unique and special place. We loved the breakfast of pastries, fruit, juice, coffee/tea and eggs cooked per guest preference! The evening music is a lovely touch. The beds were comfortable compared to most European hotel beds (not quite to American hotel chain standards, but that was expected). My only recommendation would be to have two pillows per person on the bed, as some people prefer more support. I recommend people stay here if they will be in Fort de France. It was a treat.

Great place in the hills above the city. You have to wind your way through residential street and go through narrow gates at the need of one of the dead ends 9BTW... very good signage getting to it). A HOME RUN! A GRAND SLAM! A greet place with an integrity pool over looking the city, we had the grand suite which was spacious, chic elegant, the best beds in all of Martinique. Terrific break fast included. Some one asked... would you go back. Hell yes and I will buy the place as soon as I hit the lottery!!! One of the best places I have ever stayed in the world. With my wife and 2 older teenagers who are nonplussed by all and love this place.

Room tip: grand suite if possible
