We had dinner at Alfresco's in West Bay. Three out of four of us had the Potato Crusted Grouper. It was excellent. It's their signature dish, and I can understand why. We had been there some years before, and the one thing I remembered was that the meals came out very hot. However, last night, everything was lukewarm. It was still delicious, but not as hot as I had hoped. I will remember to ask next time to make sure it's hot.
