There was a storm the night before so didn't even get a bite. But that was not the fault of Silver Deep. The problem was the lady in the office. She had our credit card to hold, then my husband paid cash to the deckhand when our group arrived at the boat. But she ran the credit card also. I called to let her know and she was the so rude. Would not let me talk, screamed that it was our fault for giving cash and finally hung up on me. My husband jumped in the car and went back immediately. The owner of the boat was there and said it was being taken care of. He was very nice and the charge was removed from our credit card BUT it spoiled the whole experience. They need to work on customer service and get rid of the lady in the office (the owners wife, I think)
