Owner description: Soft white beaches and clear blue waters make this bay a popular tourist destination.

Driving to Sapodilla Beach isn’t the prettiest. It’s near the industrial area and at one point I suggested we just turn around. Wow, I’m really glad we didn’t. This beach was gorgeous! You can walk quite far out before it gets deep. Soft sandy bottom and crystal clear blue waters!

It wasn’t very crowded but as others have mentioned, when the tide is high beach area becomes small because of the private homes.

I highly recommend a visit to Sapodilla and on the way home pop by Turks Head Brewery as its on the way.

Thank Sandi M

Beautiful. Clear water, great sand. Had a lovely day out here. Easy to find, and parking available. We got there early, definitely got a bit crowded later in the day but still was a nice experience. Rental properties all along the beach.

We escaped the rain on Grace Bay Beach (north side), and drove across the island to the southwest side for a clear, warm, and sunny beach day. This beach is small, so don't expect to have a ton of space to spread out if you have a large group. However, the sand is super soft, and the shallow water was ideal for us to throw the frisbee and football. Next to the public access entrance is a water sports company that provides wave-runners for rent.

My husband and I went to the island for the first time this month. Your best bet is to find the security guard who is usually on the street, ask him where the entrance to the beach is. Also see a picture here with narrow pathway next to some condos if you can find it – that's it. This beach is super calm, very shallow so you can walk out to your hips pretty far. Not many people at all. There's an option to rent jet skis for 30 mins/$100. Probably about 10 cars worth of parking.

We visited this beach 3 times... one time to simply watch the sunset, which was perfect! We picked up pizzas and beers and brought our chairs to watch the amazing views of the sun setting!

During the day, it is a perfect bay to paddle board, swim, lounge, float, see star fish, sea turtles, we also saw a stingray! There are a couple vendors there to rent kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis.
