One of our favorite places to stay at! I love that the hotel has views of the ocean no matter what room you are in! Pool is awesome. great getaway for couples.

The food at Seven was wonderful and our servers were great. We dined there our first night ( party of 2). We were not rushed and had a leisurely dinner. We opted for the tasting menu as we normally would do in NY and were not disappointed. There was 3 coursed (Mushroom Ravioli, Flounder for me and steak for my husband and rum cake for dessert. We also had a very nice bottle of wine. The price rivaled what we would pay for a mid level restaurant in NYC - not Daniel prices but not cheap. The service was impeccable and our waitstaff was attentive enough but not intrusive.

We had made reservations and requested table 5 and Luz as our wait person. When we arrived and were being taken to our table, I noticed a large party set-up in the area where table 5 is located. The hostess told us that Luz was working that party so she would not be waiting on us. We were disappointed until we met Elie, our wait person. Elie was knowledgeable, friendly and a very warm person. Luz did come over before the group showed up and we briefly visited. Elie returned to our table and told us about the evening specials and to take our drink order. We had Pumpkin Ravioli, Duo of Tuna app, French Style Chicken & Parmesan Risotto and Tiramisu. The Amuse Bouche was a fried mushroom ball with tomato sauce, and the palette cleanser was ginger sorbet and watermelon.

The large party was a group of travel agents having a special 10 course dinner from a celebrity chef. The chef, Emeril Lagasse! Didn’t get to meet him, but Executive Chef Edwin said he would make some of the dishes for us on Thursday.

Very nice restaurant located just inside Seven Stars resort. There is an elegant vibe and ambiance upon walking in. An inviting bar greets you with the dining room beyond. In the heat of summer, the indoors and A/C is a welcome respite compared to almost all the other dinner spots on the island. Service is outstanding, the best on the island - these guys really do a great job training the staff (a la Four Seasons). It does cost more than most other places on the island, but it's worth it. The seasonal ravioli is unique and one of the best things on the menu.

I highly recommend Seven at the Seven Stars. We are not staying at the hotel but wanted an indoor, quiet, fine dining evening and were not disappointed. The service was the best we have experienced on our trip and we have had great service almost everywhere we have been this week. The amuse bouche was feta with marinated watermelon and basil... nice. I ordered the delicious shrimp with bok choy, tomatoes, mushrooms in a broth serviced with a rice medley. It was like a stewed shrimp in this perfectly flavored spicy broth. I wanted the recipe it was so good. My husband had fresh grilled tuna he said was perfectly cooked. Again, the service was perfect. I wish I could have that meal again today! It was not crowded but our hotel was not either as it is Fish Fry on the beach night and seems everyone goes. Made for a perfect, quiet evening! BTW, this is not a restaurant for small children.
