A lot of things are good about this resort, but the best thing about them is their staff. They were just fantastic!!!

Gabriella called us a day before arrival to check if we need a ride, and to give directions. Watch out, this resort is really part of a complex of villas called the Venetian Ridge, so there are no prominent Kokomo signs other than a couple of cloth banners hanging on lamp poles. The place is only about a 12-15 minute ride from the airport, and super centrally located to explore all parts of the island. A car is a must if you are staying here.

Upon arrival, we were met by Jason at the reception by the pool with rum cocktails! Jason is an unbelievable host. He single-handedly made our stay at the resort super enjoyable and memorable. He is a bubbly, easy-going character, full of information, jokes, dance and music. After drinks we headed to our unit.

Each unit is a separate free-standing small villa with a covered patio in front. We had two separate bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a small but fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. The villa was furnished in a very elegant and modern manner, and it had every basic thing you could need (there was no blow dryer, but we asked and got one immediately). They even had a local cell phone available in the unit - calls to the resort staff were free, local locals were super cheap.

The IGA supermarket is only 3 minutes drive away. We cooked dinner on a couple of nights, and ate out the rest of days (eating out in Provo is expensive)! Also made omelets on a couple of days in the unit to supplement the continental breakfast that is available by the pool every morning.

The unit comes with beach chairs and towels that we loaded up into our car for the whole trip, so whenever we found a beach we wanted to spend time on, the chairs were handy. The nearest beach is about 5-7 minutes drive away. From our window we could see the Caribbean sea to the south if you stood up and looked over the vegetation.

One evening the staff hosted a cocktail party in the evening, where we got to meet other guests and try out various island drinks - again Jason was the consummate host, mixing drinks, and dancing all the while.

Jason also gave us tips on local festivals (Muskanoo was fun!) and directions which was super super helpful.

Overall, this is not one of super-luxury resorts on the beach, but it is very comfortable base to visit all beaches from, with a great staff that makes your stay easy, comfortable and memorable.

I'd highly recommend staying there!

Room Tip: Great staff, comfortable villas

All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Chris was first to reach out prior to our arrival to confirm our stay and answer any of questions. Jason was there to greet us and show us to our Villa and was our main source of assistance during our 6 days of bliss. We enjoyed the daily breakfast of bagels, danish, yogurt, fruit, OJ, bottled water & coffee at the office/pool area. The property is NOT located at the beach - but being located centrally has its advantages. Also it is just off of the main throughway "Leeward Highway" that runs east to west across the length of island, just enough to avoid any road noise (very quiet and peaceful in our villa). HELPFUL NOTES: Driving on the left side of road took some getting used to...no traffic lights! Remember when approaching the common traffic circle the car IN or to the right always has the right of way. Most important - when not on Leeward Hwy, drive slower that you want to and have EVERYONE be on the lookout for SPEEDBUMPS. the typical 4 door circus looking car they rent you can not handle the massive relatively unmarked 1 foot high speed bumps and will result in a flat tire, bent frame, etc. The like to put them on a down hill, curve near a hardtop see merging road, school (which you won't know at first is a school) or just randomly (passing a resort?) be careful. The office staff (Gaberielle) has abundantly helpful in obtaining two excursions for us (snorkel & conk tour AND Mangrove Paddle board tour), which we enjoyed very much! Reserve earlier, rather than later during your stay as they fill up. The island's beaches are incredible. We didn't get to them all but loved (in order), sepodilla bay & Taylor bay (next to each other and great for sunset viewing, taking kids), Grace bay, Long Beach (beautiful - but we thought boring). Overall we thought this island was fantastic- NOT ONCE did anyone beg us, solicit, steal etc. would recommend to always leave nothing in car and leave doors unlocked (so windows don't get smashed), but felt safe the entire time.

Beautiful place to be at peace, very relaxing and clean. The service was above par and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. The only concern was the bathroom (not a major issue) but could have been a bit more spacious.I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Stayed there for three days sept 29-oct 2. Glad we picked this place the minute we got there we were greeted by Gabriella who directed us to our cottage and explain to us how to get around and gave us a cell to use incase we needed to get in contact with her. Place itself is very beautiful very quiet and relaxing. Pool is not your typical pool which I loved! You till need a car if you stay here. Housekeeping went every day and even do the dishes for us. Continental breakfast is included bagels, bread, croissants, butter, cream cheese, yogurt, coffee and orange juice. I really enjoyed the quietness of the place. If I ever go back to providenciales will stay there again.

The place is amazing, very cozy and clean. Gabriella was very friendly and very helpful. Would definately recommend this place and go back to it. You do need a car to get around but everything is near by with car. September is a slow month so its nice and quiet for those who want to relax. They do have a roster that wakes you up every morning which I loved but some may not. It was cool to hear it.
