We used to love Donkey Diner and were so sad that it was no longer in business, but after having tried its replacement - Indigo Grill- we weren't as sad! Gone are the basic tables inside and picnic tables outside, replaced by intimate areas with pillows all around inside, and beautiful decking outside. The menu was diverse. The pizzas made a great inexpensive take out. The servings were huge and our leftovers served as lunch for all four of us the next day. Don't forget the fried pickles- they are fantastic and ample servings. The tater tots and wings with variety of seasoning are fun alternatives. Service was actually pretty fast. We are in one night and took out pizza twice. I highly recommend this place.

Indigo Grill was a great break from somewhat similar venues on the Cruz Bay side. I have to eat gluten-free, and the menu was absolutely awesome for that. I also finally got to have a vodka martini… It seemed to be only rum on the Cruz Bay side. Absolutely loved it and the service was awesome.

Compared to the other places we ate on St John, this definitely was more visually appealing and eclectic. The food was delicious, the service was stronger and faster than other places. This is worth the drive from Cruz Bay, if you're not staying in Coral Bay.

We ate here two times while on vacation in Coral Bay, St John. We really enjoyed their pizza and fish/shrimp taco's. The service was very good here and they worked like a team to make sure you got what you needed. We ate here last year and had a great experience as well. The food is really fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend the Indigo Grill.

Fun place for dinner and or drinks! Family place. The day we were there for an early dinner, the staff of bartender and wait staff were all female....a great vibe! We sat at the bar and ordered individual pizzas which served as dinner for the next two nights!
