Dave and Julie have done a great job of bouncing back after the hurricanes. Great location, nice view. Close to Cruz Bay bars and restaurants. A bit of advice... You will need an umbrella because there is little shade on the beaches.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay! We are still bouncing back and have enjoyed so many people including you coming to support St John! We now have a few umbrellas on hand for guest use for the beaches!

This was my 9th visit to St. John, and my 9th stay at CCV. Can you tell I love this place? Dave & Julie are excellent hosts. Always available with suggestions, help, and problem solving. This property couldn't be located at a more perfect spot -- you can fall asleep listening to the crashing waves, it's far enough away from town that it's quiet at bedtime, but only a 5 minute walk into town for great shopping and restaurants. Also love the wildlife that hangs out in the front of the property -- ducks, iguanas, peacocks, chickens, and even a cute little kitty. Plenty of parking for rental cars, but if you don't have a car, grocery store is also only a short walk away. Rooms are roomy and comfy, kitchen has all the necessities -- blender and coffee pot. There is a new grill on the property, and we enjoyed cooking steaks for our dinner. The view from the balcony was as good as the view from any restaurant on St. John! Laundry room for use by guests is a bonus. Although St. John was hit by 2 hurricanes 5 months ago, and you may be hesitant to visit, I encourage you to do so -- you won't regret it!!

Room Tip: Any room here is a good room!

My husband and I stayed here a week in January, we loved it, the managers are amazing, we had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore every night, we can not wait to go back.

Room Tip: we chose bed size to determine which room to stay in

This is our second stay at Coconut Coast Villas. We stayed a mere 3 months after two devastating hurricanes hit this beautiful island. First I would like to convey to everyone - Go to the USVI and in particular St. John. The Island and the people that live and work there are ready for you.

Coconut Coast Villas is in an ideal location. It is a beautiful walk past Frank Bay and up a short and steep hill to get to downtown Cruz Bay. If you cannot make the walk it is very easy to get a cab or rent a jeep. The AC keeps the room very cold, the bed was comfortable, and the view cannot be beat! Julie and David are both excellent hosts and anything that we needed was within easy access. There is a washer and dryer available for guests use, chairs and water toys as well.

I highly recommend Coconut Coast Villas and cannot wait for a return visit.

We stayed here after the Hurricanes to help fix up the employee housing for the park service and we first arrived and no power but they had generators running and they did all they could do to get us up and running. David has been great fixing everything he could fix. It is awesome here and right on the water, love it.
