We first had dinner at the Bistro on Wednesday, May11th. The short ribs that I had were extremely delicious and the portion VERY generous. My wife had homemade pappardelle with seafood, which was equally fantastic. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming. Upon leaving, we made reservations for the following Sunday. Our return to the restaurant did not disappoint. Another great meal! We would return again this week, but we live in Arizona.
Since this was our 4th trip to Cruz Bay, I know that we will be back in the near future. Extra virgin Bistro just moved to the top of our Cruz Bay favorites.
