We just returned from a 5 night stay on Paradise Island Bahamas with our 10 year old son. After much research we chose the Comfort Suites and we are so pleased with our stay! The Comfort Suites offered a free breakfast as well as free daily entrance to the Atlantis Water park. The Comfort Suites was perfectly clean and very well organized. The check in and check out process was very smooth and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast more than met our needs which offered scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles to toast, bagels, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit and more. There is a small convenience store about 2 blocks away and tho prices in the Bahamas are higher than what we were used to, we were able to purchase water and some snacks to put in the refrigerator in our room. There is a nice place to eat next door "Anthonys" and the food was really good also. Comfort Suites has a nice pool area too. Atlantis is a very short walk! Comfort Suites is a nice alternative for families as well as couples of all ages. We were there during Spring break and we did not notice any rowdy noise. Everyone was respectful and we felt very safe.

Room Tip: Comfort Suites best deal in Atlantis!

This hotel is right next door to Atlantis, short walk to casino and all the shops/restaurants at Atlantis, also short walk tot the beach. You get access to the grounds at Atlantis with no extra charges if you stay here. It was clean, the staff was nice and they do offer a continental breakfast. We really enjoyed our time here and will come back!

Clean, comfortable, friendly and a great value for the money! Why stay at Atlantis? The hot continental breakfast started the day right.....lots of fresh coffee, fruit, cereals, breads, scrambled eggs and sausage. (bacon would have been nice but no big). The place is super! Highly recommend you consider this over staying on the Atlantis property. You get everything they do and if you go to the desk in the Reef for 9 am to get your bracelet for the day, no line ups to speak of the whole 7 days we were there. Small grocery store, beer and liquor across the street in the shopping centre. Happy hour is 4-6 at the pool with $5 drinks and they make em good!

We stayed at the Comfort Suites in March 2012 for four nights. We took a suggestion from a past review and asked for a room in the "West Wing". We had a great room "210" overlooking the pool and close to the walkway to Atlantis. Our room was very clean and all employees friendly and helpful. It is not a five star hotel, but I felt for the money it was perfectly acceptable. The breakfast buffet is a bonus to be included for free! We booked our trip through CheapCaribbean.com and paid $589 per person for airfare from Hartford, CT, hotel, breakfast and energy and maid surcharge. We received free access to Atlantis. Another tip is if you are not going on the water slides, you do not need to stand in line for wristband. You can just show your room card for Comfort Suites and be allowed access to pools and beaches. You can also charge drinks and food to your Comfort Suites room card. We had a lovely vacation at the Atlantis, and just slept across the street!

Room Tip: Ask for the West wing as it is closer to the Atlantis. We asked our taxicab driver to stop at grocery store on way from airport to Comfort Suites. We bought a case of bottled water and snacks for the room. There is a small refridgerator in room.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites Paradise Island for one reason only...to enjoy Atlantis without breaking the bank! And it was worth every penny! Walking through the Atlantis hotels and casino and stores everyday from the Comfort Suites made us shake our head and wonder why anyone would stay on the Atlantis property and pay twice as much as we did!
People, you don't go to Paradise Island to sit in your hotel room! You go to enjoy a sunrise on the beach with a cup of coffee, you go to cool off in one of a dozen pools after swimming in the ocean, you go to enjoy the view from the top of the Leap of Faith before plunging down thru the sharks, you go to dream of or reminisce about your own beachfront wedding, you go for the beautiful sunsets from the bridge or the Cloisters, you go for the casino and the night life...you don't go to stay in your hotel room. So don't pay twice as much as you need to! Take advantage of the free breakfast and the extra walk/exercise and stay at the Comfort Suites! Oh yeah...LAMINATE your pink cards!!

Room Tip: west...closer to breakfast by the pool and closer to the Atlantis
