This was our 5th trip to Ocean Reef. It is always a great place to stay. The Club is close to Scuba Diving. We dove with Sunn Odyssey Divers. Karen and Nick are the best!! Shopping at Solomans is always expensive but the produce is the best we found. We especially love going to get fresh Conch Salad and play Checkers at Terry Conch Salad Stand on Smith Point Beach.

The 2 bedroom was a perfect size with everything you could need. The kitchen was great and allowed us to cook our meals. The location is quiet yet central. And being right on the canal was perfect! We caught fish every day right off the docks! Make sure you get a meat pie from the gift shop! They are awesome! Now, while we loved it here there are some not so great things…it is outdated and dingy, the pool is small and crowded. The service is very friendly but SLOW! And while they do have a shuttle, it is a schedule and not great. They only go to a specific grocery store(the expensive small one) and only on certain days and you only get 1 hour or you get left. The rental cars are TERRIBLE! So in hindsight we should have just rented a car at airport for whole trip because the taxis are stupid expensive and their rental was disgusting and old and still expensive.
