We took the Exuma Cays tour with Robert on May 25, 2010. This was our second time to the Exumas, but our first trip with Robert. The tour was the highlight of our trip!! We started off by visiting the sand bar, then on to Tunderball Grotto, swimming pigs, swimming with nurse sharks, a great lunch spot, feeding the iguanas all while viewing the most beautiful islands along the way. Robert and his first mate, William, were great and pointed out all the important items on the trip (including all the celebrity owned islands). The sand bar was incredible and has to be seen to be believed. Snorkeling at Thunderball was way beyond our expectations. We have snorkeled all over the world and this was right up there with the best. Plus the kids thought it was the coolest pirate cave ever! Another great moment was swimming with and petting the nurse sharks at Compass Cay. While there we had great burgers and hotdogs as well. It was an all day trip, but seemed to fly by in no time because we were having such a great time. We will definitely be back to Exuma and this trip will be one of the first things we book. Everyone who visits Exuma should take this trip if they want to experience all the islands have to offer.

This was about the 10th trip were have taken with Robert and he never disapoints. The water is amazing, the fishing is great and the weather can't be beat. This trip we fished in the morning. Caught some bone fish. The went snorkling saw some amazing colors. Got dropped off at Chat N Chill for some cold drinks and to watch the Blackhawks beat the Sharks. The others went back out fishing and caught diner ( Mahi Mahi & Grouper). We all went back to the house for a BBQ. We invited Robert and his son William. They showed up and we had a prefect ending to another perfect day in Exuma.

We have used Captain Robert Thompson every time we have come to the island which on average is 3 to 4 times per year. He has always been very accommodating and we see new things every time we go out with him. Our children adore him. He has shown them swimming pigs, nurse sharks, iguana island, the grotto and much more. It seems each time we explore the islands with Robert, we are always finding something new. One of our family favorites is when Robert takes us in the water to gather conch. He then makes us fresh conch salad on the boat! It's wonderful!!! We also use Roberts extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas to help us take on the fish offshore. After many deep sea adventures, we know we have found the most reliable person on the island. Robert is patient, fun, enjoyable, easy to talk to and funny. Not only is he a great captain but a wonderful Chef. We have him come to our house and cook authentic Bahamian meals for us. We highly recommend calling Robert for your Island Adventure in Exuma.

We did the all day outer island adventure and could not have been more pleased. Robert is very knowledgeable and you feel totally confident while on the water. He knows his stuff and shares some wonderful stories that give you a true flavor of some history and culture of the outer islands. From the moment you board, Sara makes you feel like family and is very helpful. We have two teenage boys that rank the day as their number one event...it is not easy to impress teens! This trip is great for younger kids too; relaxing opportunities to swim in beautiful waters and see wildlife.
