Free parking near by, decent stroll to the falls themselves. Well established paths although it does get quite muddy or rocks in parts. The bridge that crosses the river could use some maintenance as the wire tread grip is knackered in parts.

Visited on a wet damp day in February. Parking was tight which was strange as it was wet so don’t know what it would be like on a fine day with lots of visitors! Path down was rocky and uneven and slippy because of the rain but not too tricky. You can see and hear the waterfall through the trees in February as no leaves, but nothing is as good as actually standing near it. As it had been raining there was lots of water gushing over and we got even wetter with the spray blowing onto us. However it was all worth it as the waterfall was very impressive and well worth the walk. A bit steep on the way back up to the car park but manageable. You can also walk along the river to Abercraf.

Free parking. Quite a steep decline and wear suitable footwear in wet conditions. Excellent that you can walk right behind the waterfall. Suitable for young children.

The highest in Wales and the most easily accessible, being closest to the carpark. About 300 yards of quite steep track, a few stairs and you are there. There is also a substantial amount of water coming over, often you trek miles for a mere trickle. definitely NOT the case here. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely stunning views. A perfect day spent with my new fiancée.

The route down is a little steep, but nothing to be concerned about.

Going behind the waterfall is an absolute must!
