Booked 2 bedroom apartment. Room is very nice and comfortable. It is very convenient for us with old folks as the brinchang night market is really walking distance from the hotel lobby. There will be a daily night market during school holiday. There were also few restaurant along the lobby and 7-eleven.

Toilet is clean, average. No hairdryer (can request at the receptionist), no amenities. Just 3 in 1 shower gel, towels are provided.
Convenient : brinchang night market at doorstep, there's restaurants, cafe, 7-11 nearby.
Try azumi cafe next door, had yummy homemade cake. I would stay here again

On 6th July, me and my friend went to Cameron Highland for a short vacation and we booked Zetter Hotel due the price is reasonable. This hotel provides free parking which one room with 1 access card to parking lot. This hotel got only 1 room, 2 rooms and 3 rooms, we choose 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It has 2 floor which in lower floor for living room, kitchen, and dining hall and 1 toilet. Upper floor for 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This room can fit 4-5 people. 1 room with queen bed and other room with single bed. In the kitchen have fridge, electric stove, microwave and few plate and mugs, but if you want to cook you have to bring your own pan, spatula due this hotel did not have it. Plus you also have to bring your own dishwasher detergent. Overall this hotel clean include the toilet but only the pillow for the cushion in living room smelly too strong the smell, i hope this hotel can do something with that pillow for the cushion. Toilet have heater and it function very well even sink water the heater work well.This hotel near to pasar malam (saturday night market) which if you stay on lower quite noisy cause night market end at 11pm. On Saturday its better to check in early to avoid traffic jam due pasar malam (night market). This hotel receptionist hall quite pretty, is good for taking picture, and the staff friendly and helpful. That's all. I didn't take picture of the hotel, but it worth it and very comfortable.
Rented Zetter 2 Bedroom Suites for a night stay because of the location.
Frustrated with the service when I make complaint regarding the hygienic issue in the room. His reply was "calm and steady", it seems like this is NORMAL to them.
Bed Sheet was sticky, with stain and hair too.
Towel seems never wash properly with pink colour stain.
Kettle was dirty with yellowish stain.
Toilet roll was not in full roll, it seems like recycle from previous stay.
