Best experience

One of my best experience so far. Highly appreciate Ong to help me arrange a surprise dinner for me and my girlfriend. The level of the hotel crew service are top quality. Sissy, who assist me throughout my 3 days of stay. Himal who is our server for picnic, dinner and breakfast that shows how professional and passionate he is. Cameron Highlands Resort have 1 of the best team that makes you feel welcome throughout your stay. They even print out photos as a memorable gift. I've enjoy so much during my stay.

Phenomenal

Highly recommend Cameron Highlands Resort to anyone looking to visit. The hotel is extremely clean, the grounds are regal, the food is exquisite and the service is astounding. While every aspect of our stay far surpassed our expectations, it was the service that captured our hearts. The service provided at this resort is the best we have encountered to date. Would like to specifically thank Jan as we had the great pleasure and honor of being served by him!

World-class service

Our family of 7 stayed 4 nights at Cameron Highlands Resort. It is one of the best resorts in Cameron Highlands, with beautiful rooms and architecture, all the rooms and facilities and toilets were scrupulously clean. The bedroom itself was large with a high ceiling and plenty of sunlight, overlooking a very green golf course.

The food offered in the resort was delicious and exquisite. The breakfast in particular is not the usual spread of buffet, but also comprises a freshly-cooked element where you order what you want off a breakfast menu (with items like big breakfast, oats, congee, nasi lemak) and its served to you.

But what stood out was the service standards and quality of the hotel. We were blown away by all the little warm touches, from the friendly attentive waiters at the dining room, to the solicitous doormen, to the front desk staff who knew our names and were always helpful.

Fabulous Christmas Tree Lighting Event

We stayed at the Cameron Highlands Hotel for 4 nights which was centred around the Christmas Tree Lighting event. We enjoyed eating at both restaurants in the hotel, where everyone was so helpful and attentive, and we had two lovely Spa treatments too. The hotel was spectacularly decorated and Christmas Dinner in the ballroom was amazing. We want to thank everyone at CHR for making our third stay so wonderful. We enjoyed every moment that we were there, and again we have many memories to reflect on and to add to our previous stays.

Throughout our stay, so many of the staff helped to make our holiday special, including the management team and front of house, the Food and Beverage team, the Spa ladies, and the housekeeping team.

Special thanks must go to Shiva who again helped to make our stay relaxing and memorable through his friendship and attentiveness, and to Sherry who helped us to arrange our amazing holiday in Malaysia.

We hope to be back at CHR in the not too distant future. Thanks again to everyone at CHR for making our holiday so special.

Room tip: There are 2 floors, and all rooms face the same direction and have the same view. The upstairs rooms may be a little quieter.

Good stay in CHR

When we arrived we were warmly greeted by their staffs.

We were surprise with the Christmas deco which is perfectly decorated warm, homey feel , somehow their deco and their reception area blend together.

Rooms were clean & comfortable, breakfast was good with a few options to pick from the menu , their steamboat was good especially the broth for chicken and miso, & dessert was good too.
