generally, hotel is nice, the is very big, the location is in the middle of tanah rata which is good and nearby the playground. Unfortunately the breakfast is terrible. Even 3 star hotel can provide good breakfast ...the taste ..the choice is very very limited...

Great location, beautiful and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staffs. Must recommended for all. One area to improve would be the breakfast. Can add up more options considering all kinds of diverse people in mind. Indian dishes can be added to the breakfast.
All the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice hotel with nice view and weather. Near to the shoplot. Easy to find food to eat. Got many parking lot. Just the oom not come with own iron where you have to go level 4 or level 2.
What a wonderful experience when all my family members excited when step over the lobby of the hotel. We got the great greeting from the hotel staff and we cant wait to get our room. Once again, we smile when we like the interior design of the room because we unexpecting that we get very nice decorated and clean room. We strongly recommend you to stay one night in these hotel to get the experience you never get before this. Last but not least, thank you the staff gave us connecting room as we never ask her to do it. She gave us because she noticed we came with 2 families member at that times. I am really aprreciated and thank you so much.
Overall the facility was good. breakfast was awesome indeed. friendly staff, strategic location, walking distance to Tanah Rata (got Starbucks, MarryBrown, ATM machines, mamaks, etc). But somehow its a bit spooky during evening. No further comment on that.
very nice and comfortable room and strategic place at tanah rata so easy for you to go to the best place around cameron. All okay but need to improve on breakfast, need to add more interesting choice.
