We selected a deluxe garden ground floor room. It was great because once I opened the glass doors, moved the sofa to face the small private garden, its great! Breakfast is nothing much to shout about but its adequate.
Checking in experience can be improved greatly. Not the best experience as the person serving me was obviously not properly trained as front desk customer service.. Its just after Covid and short of staff... i understand.
The location of the hotel is probably the best asset. All within walking distance and a nice stroll through the park to town etc.

Paid 350 RM for one night. Wanted to stay 3 nights but stayed just one night. Check in procedure was very slow and ppl had to wait in queue. While checking in i was adviced that there are no complimentary water bottles in room but they have a water dispenser in common area which was strange. The lobby chandeliers were never switched on.the lobby and common area was soo dull and dark. 10 pm onwards all the hotel common area lights turned off. Tiny bathtoom. My room was A103 with a poor view of some old house. inside the room we had a door that was a common door between next room and was locked but we can hear everything whats happening in other room Such a nuisance it was. Totally unhappy with the hotel. Never gonna suggest anyone. We cancelled the next 2 days stay and moved to Zenith hotel which is just 200metres away from this hotel and 100 RM cheaper but much better and amazing hotel with all amenities and better environment.
