We checked in late ...As soon as we reached the resort our passports were verified and welcome drink was served...Our room was ready and we all stepped in ...We opted for a baby cot and it was provided with no additional cost....Pools were good... Staffs were good as well...Just Opposite to the resort is the Ao Nang beach....Only disadvantage is the breakfast was the same for all the 6 days we stayed... Room service was awesome...Had great time

I stayed ar L resort 3 nights during for my honeymoon. I was enjoying my time until I expirence an extremely rude front desk attendant and a manager name Michael that didnt want to give me a sur name.
On 5-30- 2019 on a 90° morning I asked to sit in the lobby waiting room which has AC while my shuttle arrived they said the room is for only guest arriving or departing. There was NO ONE waiting so I asked to please make an exception the attendant was very short and said no. I asked to speak to her manager he also said its a very strick policy..
Im a guess at this "so called" resort and felt treated like a 2nd class citizen. It was awful I had to argue about this and the attendant raising her voice telling me go to your ROOM, ROOM so my wife and I went to our room while she yelled at me in thai. I will never stay or reccomend this hotel again.

Thank you for staying with us during your honeymoon. We are sad to read that although your experience was pleasant, you are rating us with one star only, because you could't accept one of our resort's policies.
We do have a recreation room, here at the L. This room is appreciated by our customers, who either have to check out of the room on their departure day and are having a late evening flight ( there is a shower opportunity ), or customers arriving early, having to wait till their reserved room is ready to check in. We are unfortunately not able to give access to this recreation room for in-house guests waiting to be picked up for an excursion in the morning, since some days we have up to 100 persons staying with us, and every morning, many of them are waiting to be picked up. Due to some issues in the past, we had to come up with this policy. Our customers, however, can wait in their hotel room, and our guest service agents will be more than pleased to give a quick call to your room, informing that the pick up for the tour has arrived.
I was explaining that to you on the phone the other morning and with all respect, i wasn't rude at all.

L Resort was the perfect hotel stay to finish off our Thailand vacation. The service and accommodations were excellent for our short stay. Excellent location as well being that it was nearby many great restaurants.

I would like to give my thanks and appreciation to Michel and the receptionist for being so accomodating with my requests specially during the birthday of my fiance. We were surprised upon entering the room because of the set up and the greeting card. The 4 days that we stayed were perfect. Everyday they have provide clean sheets and towels. The pool was warm and we liked it very much and also for the pick up and drop off, Mr.Somchai was kind and entertaining. We will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel.

Along with super rude staff who didn't even understand one word of English, the AC was right in the face. The remote was not working properly. We have a 6 month old baby. It's impossible to sleep with AC either on or off. The iPad kept in the room was not working to order room service. And when we were checking out, the receptionist again in her rude tone was asking where the iPad is as if we are running away with their iPad. I told her that it's in the room. And then she checked. I was surprised that the manager was around only and still she has audacity to talk in such a rude tone. This was my first time in Thailand. Thai people are amazing and very warm. Even the folks in our Phuket stay are great. But not sure what's up with the staff of this resort. We have travelled to a lot of countries across Europe and New Zealand but never found such rude staff anywhere. Worst accomodation ever.
