Absolutely amazing resort, the pictures don’t do it justice. Amazing service, big, clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool area with a good pool bar menu.

We knew very little about this resort when booking however all I can say is, we struck gold. Set in the most beautiful of surroundings, the accommodation is arranged around water ways and a stunning pool. The rooms were individual, private cabins all with a large balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and. There was even free transport to the beach which if walked, was only 15 minutes away.
It should be noted that this resort does not serve alcohol which in our opinion, made no difference to our experience what so ever.
I am glad we found this place and I will be sure to visit next time we are out that way.

it has been a great stay at ban sainai resort, everything there was great, besides the location is slightly far away from most of the travel places, ban sainai service and attitude are very friendly and helpful, we would wish to come back again!

The pool view was really great.
The staff were also very friendly.
Rent a motorcycle from a motorcycle rental shop in front of the hotel and ride it
So I didn't know the location was inconvenient.
I am willing to visit this resort again.

Met all our expectations. The location is a bit far from beach but they provided shuttle service every hour to the beach which should be booked in advance. The only part I didn’t like was that for the welcome drink we had to go to the restaurant with the coupon. The rooms are spacious and staffs were pleasant to deal with. Food options are also good and breakfast they had additional items prepared on demand. The surroundings are full of greenery with good variety of birds and flowers.

It is always great to hear that you enjoyed the comfortable stay especially about the provision of the complimentary shuttle that run daily. The spacious cottages, the great team to deal with as well as the food options which are good and the surroundings environment to ensure this stay is a wonderful one.
For the concept of welcome drink to be offered in the Pool Sala area, we are sorry you did not like this.
Previously before Covid19, we served the drink right away upon arrival without the Thai snack.
So once we added more option, we need to move this to the Pool Area. But surely is, we will forward this concern to the team too.
