Rooms are spacious and with proper facilities, but better to avoid rooms far behind the property (near the pool). Breakfast quality is average and need improvement. Staff also need to be more friendly towards tourists.More
Been staying here for the past 3 times I've been at Ao Nang, Krabi. Simply because the price is worth the rooms and facilities and location.
I always drive or ride to Krabi, and I enjoy the fact there is a designated parking space with security.
Room is clean as always. Location is just 5mins walk to the beach. It is along the main Ao Nang Street so it's really convenient place to stay. Check in was a breeze.
This stay was actually my second in the space of 3 months, and 4th in 2 years.
I would rate it 5 stars if the price becomes a little bit more competitive as there are now more and more chalets kinda of resorts coming up and they are new. You will need to improve on your game a little!
I will definitely be back here again when I return to Krabi.

Very average breakfast. Starts at 7.00 am should be by 6.00am. Almost all preparations tastes sweet. Very little variety in breakfast. No Indian food. No customization. Almost no fresh fruits except banana.

Staff is really friendly, it is clean and enough of space..
but the doors has so much gap animals can come in, wireless doesnt work at all, unable to sleep (animals runing in the roof in night, rooster starts at 2am to 7am). Pool is also in bad shape.

stayed here for 4 days and was amazing to have the rooms and pool surrounded by hills... amazing views and scenery... pool was great... took the private villa which had a small garden which was great for a total unwinding holiday. near the most of tripadvisors top 10 eateries in aonang, tried most of them and it was worth it... walking distance to the beach which was great again... only disaapointment was the staff adttitude, think she goes by the name Madam. was rude when asked for extra soap and shampoo citing only 1 per day. breakfast staff were also rude when we came for breakfast 5 minutes before closing, they proceeded to shut the lights and fans to chase us away... not sure which school of hospitality they went to but this was not right on any level... this was my 2nd trip to this hotel but doubt will make it my 3rd...

There is only 1 room of this room type, it has little privacy yard and that’s nice.
Noises from hotel guests by the pool definitely can disturb you during day time, good luck that we didn’t spend much day time at the resort during our 6 days stay.
Room was cool and it was awesome to wake up by the sound of the birds singing, surrounded by mist.
Breakfast will be a la cart, except someday if have a many costumers it will be buffet.
Superb Reception staff, so friendly and helpful.
*The owner made us feel strange by the way they look at their guests or the way they speak to resort’s guests (they come to assist front desk staff sometime)... I don’t know what they show is because of they shy or arrogant! It will be much better if you guys demonstrate your staff about good service minded attitude.
Anyway, we love the room and service from staff if compare for what we pay. It’s totally worth it.
