First impressions were good, the staff very friendly and welcoming, the grounds are beautiful, trees and Greenery all around the downside to this is coconuts falling on your roof during the night which wakes you up and we also had animals running around in the early hours which was kinda funny but annoying. If these two wasn't a regular thing then this would have 5 stars but don't let this out you off. The pool area and outside bar is lovely, great to chill in the sun or shade. The room was spacious but due to all the greenery outside it attracted some bugs and the odd baby lizard which was cute ❤️
I would recommend staying here.

I was here for 2 nights. The lady at the reception was very warm. We were provided with welcome drinks. The resort is located at a very good location. The beach, market, restaurants are all walking distance (and really they are a walking distance away).

The rooms and bathroom are clean. The swimming pool provides a good view, the restaurant has good food and drink collection. I tried LIT, and it was good.

The breakfast served has a lot of options and all fruits served looked fresh.

One con of the hotel is that they only provided water bottle of 600ml per pax, this is very less compared to the heat. They could upgrade it to 1litre. And for an extra 600ml bottle they charge a hell lot of Thai Baht.

We stayed at this resort for 3 weeks. It is not luxury but extremely good value for the money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice room close to the swimmingpool and the bar/snackbar. Our only complaint was that the temperature of the water in the pool was almost too hot..... All the rooms are in bungalows in a very exoctic garden next to open fields. LOur room had a beautiful vierw to the mountains. The resort is very close to the main street (but still quiet) and appx. a 10 min. walk from the sea side. There are lots of nice restaurants and a great street food market very close to the resort. The only noise (and nice noise) came from beautiful and very tame parrots owned by the resort.

Ac was not working properly and swimming pool is not at all maintained. I was expecting a Villa room but rather they provided us a storage kind of room room no. D3 which was exposed to so much sun light that it is almost impossible to stay at room during day time.
