From the pickup in Cartagena to the return trip, the service was really nice and friendly. Food was tasty and the calm you can enjoy make it really perfect for a couple trip. Sunset views are breathtaking. Absolutely recommended!

We arrived at Eco Beach on Sept 21st, 2020 right as the travel restrictions in Cartagena were being lifted. The place was pristine, the staff was delightful, and we enjoyed a wonderful night and day in paradise!

Couldn't be more pleased with our accommodations taken by the staff to make us feel safe and comfortable. Masks were worn by staff throughout transit (van ride from CTG and quick lancha from Baru to the beach) and on-site. If you are looking to get away to a secluded and beautiful beach, this is the perfect option!

To describe in a few words: Beautiful, relaxing, serene, magical. Enjoy!

Room tip: We were in a modern room and it was spacious, elegant, beautiful and comfortable.

They picked us up in Cartagena Airport and drive us to a port where we took a boat that leave us in the hotel.

The place is amazing! There is not a lot of rooms, so you never see a lot of people. One day there was a day tour in the beach.

The room is small but very nice, without hot water (you don't need it). Food and staff were incredible!!

I am not sure what I can add that other wonderful reviews haven't already, but here it is nonetheless. If what you seek is solace, warmth, calm waters, quiet and a moment to worry about nothing at all, then this is the place you want to go. I come from NYC and this would be the polar opposite of that and exactly what I wanted. Bring your bathing suit, lots of sunblock, and your chilled attitude and you'll be all ready.
The upsides:
It's beautiful here, attentive staff, kind people, nothing to worry about, the grounds are kept organized and cared for, the food is gooood, waters are calm, there's kayaking and snorkeling day tours if you'd like.
The downsides there really aren't downsides:
IF you don't speak Spanish you may have a sightly difficult time communicating but you can get by I am sure. Bring water shoes, there's coral in the sand that may be painful but plenty of soft sand too. And that's really it.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a place to unwind and destress. The staff is so extremely accommodating that it's almost too sweet (there's no such thing). Come here and enjoy.

Room tip: New building, beachfront, ocean facing
