We went on the whale watching tour with Bora Bora and it was amazing. Great crew and they did a great job at making sure we were staying right with the whales and they made it fun.

We did the Yelepa tour with Bora Bora. The staff was very attentive to everyone's needs on the boat and were always very helpful with everyone. They made the trip very fun and safe. They were also very clear with all of their instructions with the food, drinks, additional optional activities etc. When visiting Yelepa, we did the horse tour to the waterfall. It was pretty cool riding around in the area on horse seeing the housing, family activities going on and just how people live in Yelepa. Different experience and I highly recommend it. The food that was provided to us on the boat was excellent. There was a gal who was the official photographer on the trip and took pics of your activities, family or whoever was traveling with you. It was a nice option and you were shown your pics towards the end of the tour with the option to buy a CD of your photos. We bought ours but when we returned home to the states, there wasn't anything on the CD. We paid $500 pesos for it and are trying to get a hold of someone so they can maybe send us our pics. Overall, we would recommend the tour. Just make sure your CD works if you opt to buy the photos. lol

Went on the bora bora to yelapa while in Puerto Vallarta this week. It was a great trip and well worth the money.

The boat left from the marina at 9 am. There were about 50 onboard, so it was a little crowded, but they had plenty of servers to bring drinks and snacks. They have no control over sea conditions, so they have to work with what God gives them. In our case it was breezy and a bit rough. But, we went to a small cove where there was a group that went snorkeling, some took the kayaks out, and others tried paddle boarding. There was quite a current, so we only stayed about 30 minutes.

The main attraction was the town of yelapa. It's a small town of natives. There are no roads and no cars. We walked through the town up to a small waterfall, which we could wade out to and get under. There was a group that took horses for an extra cost, I wouldn't recommend that, it was a short walk. The waterfall really wasn't that impressive compared to others I've seen, but it was fun.

Then we had about 45 minutes on the beach, where you could swim, drink, or eat. Note that things are more expensive here than on the mainland. Then back to the boat for the trip back to port. It was about two hours. We arrived at about 5:30.

Don gato and the rest of the crew were great. They made even the instructions fun.

The cost was much less than Vallarta adventures and we had a great time. I recommend it.

Bora Bora was an amazing experience for me and my family. We went kayaking and horseback riding on hidden islands. The view was amazing. I highly recommend you go on this when you're in Puerto Vallarta.
