Visited here on our break in PV and had been in years past but wanted to dine once again and it was outstanding as usual. The staff made it a pleasant fun atmosphere, however safely and sanely in these COVID times.

I‘ve eaten pretty much everything on their menu and have not been disappointed . At night, is the place to party with great music and great atmosphere. Their drinks are delicious and there are plenty to choose from. Love this place! I can always count in having a good time!
We have stayed at this property for four years. This year we rented PH 8 for three weeks. Usually we have enjoyed our stay. Suddenly, on Friday, we were told by Christian Sanchez the manager, that they needed to rewire the electrical. We had been experiencing some problems, during the week, but were willing to work with them. No, they said, you have to be out with all your stuff. First they sent us to a filthy place called Casa Andales. Then they sent us to the Holiday Inn out by the airport. Saturday we went back to the property only to find that a Canadian family lodged in the unit -- no electrical problems at all. Christian Sanchez and his boss Gary lied to us for two straight days. Our suspicion is that Gary orchestrated the whole thing to double-dip the room fare. We had to fly home a week early, as it is one of the busiest weeks of the year -- no comparable units available. Bottom Line: Christian, Gary, Rachel and the rest of the front desk staff are liars and con artists. Avoid all Andales properties at all costs.
Andales on the Bay is run by untrustworthy, shady management. They double-booked us, faked an 'electrical' problem to 'justify' (to us) kicking us out, sent us to a dirty out of the way dump. Within hours, the 'new' tenants had moved into our condo. We had to squat in the condo to get management to reimburse us. We ended up leaving Puerto Vallarta a week early. STAY AWAY FROM ANY ANDALES PROPERTY. The food at their restaurant is terrible too.
I walk by Andales on Olas Altas in the Romantic Zone daily. Frequently very crowded on their outsde sidewalk tables, so I had always passed on it. This time, I saw the sign "Quieter upstairs" and thought, why not? Glad i did. The tables by the balcony gave views of all the activities below, including a variety of street performers. Fun, without being jostled. Ordered the specialty dish Chile En Nogada, which is not offered elsewhere. A large mild green chile stuffed with ground beef and dried fruits, covered by a cream sauce and ground walnots and pomegranate kernels. A treat out of the ordinary. Kevin gave good service and even turned the music down for us old folks. Try this place!Gracias!
Fernanda is the best waitress I’ve ever had anywhere. High energy, beautiful smile and great personality. Just a beautiful person who takes care of every person as if they are family. If I was 40 years younger i’d propose to her.
