Have travelled many times to Mexico over the years and have had the opportunity to try many amazing all inclusive resorts - this one is probably my favorite for a few reasons.
1) Staff. Every staff member we came across was warm, friendly, safe, and ready to do whatever needed to provide us an enjoyable trip. We were consistently and warmly thanked for coming during this difficult time. We rarely had to ask for anything, staff was excellent at anticipating our needs at all times. For example, we preferred to order off the menu at the breakfast restaurant instead of the assisted buffet. We only had to ask for this one time, and every day afterwards the servers remembered. I will list staff names at th ebottomf of the review as I would like to ensure they are recognized for their efforts.
2) ROOMS. Excellent, clean, well appointed. Beds were probably the most comfortable I have experienced in Mexico.
3) FOOD. We find that hotels that offer both all inclusive and "for pay" food options tend to have much better food quality (because some people have to be willing to pay for it). The food was extremely tasty, well cooked, well presented. Out of 20+ all inclusives, overall the food was probably the best I have ever had.
4) SAFETY. I was impressed with the safety protocols. Lots of hand sanitzers, footwear sanitizers. I never saw even one employee without...Have travelled many times to Mexico over the years and have had the opportunity to try many amazing all inclusive resorts - this one is probably my favorite for a few reasons.

All staff were great, as mentioned here are the ones I would like their management teams to recognize:

My ONLY feedback for improvement is that large families with multiple rooms should be away from other guests, especially when the hotel is not busy. There was a lot of door slamming one night due to a large family who were constantly going in and out of each others rooms. We immediately contacted the front desk and they assisted us to move to a different floor.More
