Pictures of new fresh rooms and bathrooms were not the room we were given or of the few other rooms we could see into. Nothing refreshed or updated in our room in the past 30 years. Small room and smaller bathroom. Everything worked so that was a plus. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
WiFi in central area only and didn’t hear about the beach club and loungers and towels until I read something later at home.
Free coffee next door with breakfast available for a fee.
Location is good, central and close to malecon and 100’s of restaurants.
Will look elsewhere for next year.

A small original quirky hotel with a great sun deck on the roof. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere despite being central. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Fresh bottled water each day. Firm but comfortable mattresses. The best room are overlooking the central courtyard. Air conditioning was provided but not required as the ceiling fan was effective.

It is definitely dated. The cleaning staff and the two gentlemen were outstanding. BUT, you are literally three minutes from the Malecon. We walked all over. We were not demanding bedroom cleaned every other day. Sometimes needed extra towels. Personality at the front desk was lacking. We were the ones that always said good morning or afternoon whatever the case may be..Rosie was the very least friendly. We wanted to extend a third week, but was told by Rosie nothing was available until march25. All in all we enjoyed the stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony,

Decent location, some rooms small and kind of weird, the bathroom sink can be in the shower. Clean but not many amenities. No coffee maker, although you can get free coffee in the morning at the restaurant next door. Lack of mirrors in room. The staff is excellent and lobby nice and very Mexican flavor. Small beds, but comfortable.

WiFi is really bad, rooms could really use some maintenance. Our room was a dark hole with one very small window. Check in was quick and efficient. Overall not the greatest value for the money. Better to spend a couple more dollars and go to Porto allegro across the street
