Finally we can enjoy Spanish food in Gdl, the chef Oscar Cordero y know him from before project Alariz, and now I think he has perfectioned his project being independent!
The huevos rotos are amazing! As well as the Pintxos selection and the txipirones in their ink! Excellent!

Will start to say , that they advertise as a piece of spain in Guadalajara, they have
no spanish beer or any cava by the glass ???? any how the food is ok but nothing
extraordinary as they pretend it to be , it i smissing lots of seasoning and flavor
though the fish is aboslutly fresh and cooked just right and the place is very cute
and originaly deorated .. Ther meat particulararly the lamb chops are not god at all , meat dishes are not their strongest point ...

The hotel is just around the corner from the Grand Fiesta Americana Country Club. It was recommended by the concierge.
We had a lovely intimate dinner of fresh fish accompanied by wine and a tasty dessert.

We both had the fish of the day, and I had a fantastic salad with 'oh, so fresh' ingredients topped with pistachios.

The chef came over to say hello and to ensure our dinner was cooked perfectly, which it was.

Lovely small, intimate restaurant.

I went to Ventresca on my own. I had a delicious tuna tartar, a very nice solomillo and a so-so dessert (crema catalana foam). One thing they could improve is the temperature at which wine is served: a Mexican merlot I ordered was way too cold to enjoy. Nobody wants to wait 20 minutes to be able to enjoy your glass of wine.

It is a good place for dinning, is it different of the typical places around.

They offer special plates daily based on the chef selection of the day. They have a good selection of wines.

I liked the Octopus and Salads
