You will be charged for your full reservation if you need to check out early. I have never stayed at any major business hotel in the world where I was charged the full reservation but needed to check out early.

We stayed here since we where in GDL for the Coordenadas music Festival and it was nearby. They gave us a free upgrade for our room and it came with free coffee from a machine they had in the common area.
The room was clean and comfortable but I think the whole hotel could use an upgrade.
The breakfast it is not included but you have a Starbucks and a Oxxo right outside.
You could also walk to the Plaza del Sol for more options.

Was here for a conference. The good: only a block away from the convention center, with an oxxo (convenience store) next door, and a Starbucks a few minutes away. Internet was reasonably fast and reliable, even in the rooms. I was on the first floor (floor above the lobby) and it was pretty quiet. However, the lighting throughout the hotel was very dim and depressing. The shower was terrible - very weak water pressure. The in house restaurant is mediocre - would recommend sitting in the bar, which has the same menu but is more pleasant. Decor feels a bit dated, but rooms clean enough. The rooftop pool is nice, but small (only one person can swim laps at a time so good thing it isn’t too busy). There is a 250 meter running track on the roof and a gym with dated equipment. It was a reasonably priced hotel, but if I come back to Guadalajara I would probably pay a little more to stay at a nicer hotel.

Good for the money, but not expect much from the staff. The staff in the front desk were cordial
the location is good, the hotel itself is in good shape. I like the pool area, the internet is strong, and overall is a good safe place.
