We stayed at the St. Regis Mexico City for five very happy nights. Our room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and overlooked the the lights of Mexico City. The staff at the front desk, butler service and room service were always pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts at the hotel we exceptional offering a huge variety of foods, including Mexican fare that was fresh and of high quality. We also had lunches and dinners at the hotel that were equally very good. We did not feel that the location of the hotel was good for sight seeing, but it was very easy to arrange for transportation through Uber. We loved staying at this hotel.

The St. Regis Mexico City is located in the most important avenue, Paseo de la Reforma, and is near to landmarks such as “El Angel de la Independencia” and “Castillo de Chapultepec”. Making it a place for be seen and for good sightseeing. It is nice to hear that you also enjoy all of your meals, on your next trip back to Mexico City we invite you to discover our new King Cole Bar menu and have dinner at the brand new terrace.

We spend 5 days in August. The Hotel is amazing. Fantastic position and amazing food and staff. Room very clean and good, bath linen very smooth.
Also the concierge what a service!! They found in 48 hrs a table @ Pujols one of the best restaurant in the world!!.
Now let's work on the improvements.
- Better isolate the room.. are a bit noise.
- Matress: Maybe time to change.. they "sank" a bit.
- Wi-Fi. Please work on it. Every time need to be reconnected after 24 hrs.
- Elevator at the lobby. Too much to wait ( sometimes 2 or 3 min)

One time is also happened that we was out for 5 hrs from 10 to 15 and nobody clean the room. We call them and after 1 hrs nobody come. Please report this to housekeeping. We are at St.Regis!

I think is important to improove the level, that overall is amazing!!! We loved the city!

Trying to unwind after a stressful week, my wife lured me into indulging in a romantic day at the spa. We chose the St. Regis spa following savvy advice from people "in the know". We were escorted into two elevators to reach the secluded spa, after the friendly reception and the required visit to the confined but nice locker room I hit the gym. Nice machines and spectacular city view. My wife went directly to the relaxing pool, surrounded by candles, fruit baskets and the same impressive view. I joined her in the pool. Basking at the view, we were offered champagne, cheese & apples. Things were looking good. Then, two lovely little kids with floaters and big water guns came running and jumped into the jacuzzi with a big happy splash, an even littler kid came strolling behind with an even bigger water gun and a snorkel. Took a turn too fast maybe, hit the floor with that familiar thunk of a noise, all too familiar to us all, poor over concerning parents, got up immediately thank goodness unharmed, and made a run for the pool. With the soundtrack of shark playing in my brain I thought the St. Regis and I have a somewhat different idea of a relaxing pool.
It was explained to us that the "relaxing" pool is actually shared with the rest of the tenants. Some time later we found ourselves sitting in two chairs, offered to enjoy more champagne and cheese while the steam and massage room were being prepped. It would have probably been easy to enjoy the cheese if the chairs weren't in the middle of a very busy hallway.
So we laughed and kissed and hugged each other for another 45 minutes trying to stay warm and positive inside the very nice and cold steam room that had no steam.
After a nice shower we vowed to love everlasting and dined elswhere.

Even though we live in Mexico City, we spent a weekend at the hotel to run the city's half marathon and absolutely loved it.
The modern setting in the heart of Reforma Avenue is perfect. Service was amazing. For the entrance where you are greeted with warm enthusiasm to the front desk staff, the concierge, and even the butler, service was just perfect. The kind of service I can remember at the Hong Kong Peninsula for at least double the fare.
Mexicans are well known for great service but this was exceptional.
The room was very nicely appointed with all the modern amenities, digital controls for everything from the lights to the butler. Well kept, the decor is neutral and modern, focused on convenience and the bathroom was perfect with a wonderful rain fall shower head.
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away from home and plan on doing more of this in the near future.
If visiting the city, this option has to be the best!
