I went to Casa Portuguesa for a quick dinner last night and was not disappointed. I had a Caldo Verde, a potato and kale soup with one small slice of chorizo. It was delicious. I also enjoyed the cod fish salad. The place is in a lovely neighborhood in Lincoln Park. The pastel de nata for dessert was excellent. Service was great!

Very nice restaurant with terrace. Excellent Portuguese food and wine. Good and friendly service. Not cheap but good value for the money.

Service, food and view are great. Ask to be seated on the second floor so you can see the park Lincoln. Brunch menu has a lot of options.

Eggs Macarone was delicious! If you like spicy the beans are very spicy. If you don't like spicy, ask for them on the side.

Enjoy!

The place is nice. Service is great and kindly. They have a nice wine menu at fair prices. The food is not as good as we expected. The fish does not feel as fresh and tasty as you expected. Below expectations.

My wife and I were looking for a new spot to eat breakfast in Polanco, our favorite neighborhood in Mexico City. We discovered this restaurant for the first time and were delighted with what we found. When we arrived, the line was long and outside of the restaurant. However, we asked the hostess if we could have a drink while waiting, and she obliged. A waiter immediately stopped in mid track and brought us handcrafted Cappuccinos and then offered to bring us a menu so we could eat rather than wait the estimated 45 minutes.

We did not have to eat at the bar, as a table came open, and he ushered it to us. My wife ordered enchiladas with nopal tortillas (she is from Mexico so picky about the details, and she was very pleased), and I ordered a dish (can't recall the name) that was a sinchronizada covered with two over easy eggs, and a salsa de frijoles con chipotle. So good, I dreamed about it. We ordered another round of Cappuccinos as well as a multi berry juice that was the best in a city with the freshest juice around.

We topped off the breakfast with a toasted biscuit and homemade jam. When you are in Mexico City, brave the lines, the rain, the crowds of Polanco and eat here. You will not regret it!
