Food was excellent, same owner as another favourite restaurant of ours. Staff were friendly and attentive, really went above and beyond and we were really impressed. Will be back again for sure.

My family was visiting Cancun over my husband’s birthday, my birthday, and Christmas. We didn’t have an opportunity to celebrate my birthday while we were there, so I wanted to find some place to celebrate my husband’s. I found La Vincenta Cancun online and read the reviews. They were excellent, so we thought we would give them a try. We had eaten Mexican food for over a week and were looking for a good burger, and it did not disappoint! The burgers were excellent, and the service was even better!!! We had Javier & Alejandro. They brought us tostada chips, beans, and sauces first, then Alejandro made us homemade salsa table side. He asked our spice preference, and we went with ‘a little spicy’. It was amazing! If I could have brought a bottle home, I would have! Best salsa ever! The waiters are very attentive and brought out a cake with a large sparkler, a radio, and several waiters to sing to my hubby.. It was an excellent meal, with great service, and a great ending to his birthday! Muchas gracias for the delicious meal! When we come back, we will definitely visit again!!!

Staying at Krystal Urban we were very lucky to find this place. We had takeout a few times, but I highly recommend eating in if you can. The food is well priced, tastes great and our servers Josue and Kevin gave us an amazing experience. All the staff was friendly and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended especially for those staying at Krystal Urban right across the street.

We really had a hard time finding something decent to dine in the center, so we were so glad we fell upon this hidden gem!
Great burger, amazing vegetables, good fondue. It is definitely a good choice compared to everything else nearby.
The staff is a little tiring, but still very polite and willing!
