Food was very excellent. It reminds me of Italy. People where nice. Location in the hotel was very convenient.

Edgar did a tremendous job and made us feel welcome. The food was really good. I can’t wait to come back . I had the caprice salad, , whitefish and the margarita pizza we shared the desert was wonderful.

Had the all inclusive plan and I am shocked at how delicious all the choices were!! Such phenomenal service by Edgar Pech as well - he was kind, courteous and very information.
The octopus carpaccio was so thinly shaved (amazing how thin they got it) and incredibly fresh.
Tender filet .. and ALL of the desserts were just mouth watering.
Thank you, Edgar and to all the rest of the staff! Great night indeed.

We ate dinner at Bacolod Trattoria. Our server Edgar was very knowledgeable and catered to our every need. He helped with suggesting dishes that we liked. His delivery, personality and professionalism are among the best we have ever seen. We would love to come here again
