This restaurant is one of the best restaurant I ever been to. It was my first time here, my friend and I loved it. We when there for her 40th birthday , Manuel and Najera took good care of us. Really good food and great ambiance. Everything you need to spend a great evening.

Our dining experience at Tora in Cancun was amazing and absolutely wonderful... our waiters Hector and Carlos were the best... the cuisine exceeded our expectations with the Japanese dishes...fresh Wagu and Lobster were our choices and they were delicious!
It had the coolest vibe with fantastic music playing and entertainment of dancers twirling fire and playing water drums...

It is a very interesting concept with nice ambient and good view. They all nice and attentive. They try to be similar to Ruth Chris or other top chains. They care about beef quality and their history. There always a lot of people and management is very apologetic if something goes wrong. We had a good experience with supervisor Casper.
We had a great show around 8pm it was short but fun. The portions are on-a smaller by side and the price is about $15-30 a plate, although there is waguyi for a reasonable $128. The food was good although I would not order rice pot anymore. All sushi were fresh and desert was amazing and generous in size to share.

To star it's totally safe they follow all the protocols.
The Restaurant it's self is gorgeous several levels so you get an amazing view from wherever you sit the wood, flowers, candles, etc set super chic vibe. Spectacular fireworks show!
Food presentación superb with a fun and exciting drink menu.

Is the staff from the valet, hostess, bathroom lady, wait staff is what makes this experience unforgettable.

We tried a lot of dishes from the:
Duo Tartare
Short Ribs
Gyozas
Angry Roll
Salmon Duo Roll
We also had multiple drinks.
The service in the beginning it was good our servers was Gerardo he was attentive at first and there's a Firework show, Drum Show and they also give you lights to share with other tables.
The bad part came when we ordered dessert we ordered the Nutella dessert and the Mascarpone Cheesecake. The Mascarpone Cheesecake honestly did not taste like cheesecake this was like a marshmallow. We tried it and left it. Our waiter Gerardo came over and told us what happened we told him we didn't like it and he was "stunned" and kept asking over and over "why" in which I told him the same thing that it really is bad and we don't like it. Everything in a calm respectful manner. At no moment did he offer to just take it off of our check or anything like that he just kept asking the same thing over and over again this lasted like 10 minutes in which I just said just bring me the check I just wanted him to leave already he wasn't doing anything anyway. He never offered to have the "Captain" come talk to us or just simply say "Ok I will remove it from the check since you guys literally just tried it"
I have worked in fine dining restaurant industry before, when something like this happens where you just tried it they can easily take it off the check or ask if they change the dessert for you or any other alternative. NONE of this was ever said by Gerardo.
All of this was in Spanish since I am Hispanic.
OVERALL: OVERATED for what you pay, and they have multiple hit or miss dishes. Go to BUENA BARRA it is way better.
