So where do I start...? This resort was beyond my expectations! On arrival we were whisked away from Cancun airport in our private transport directly to LeBlanc Cancun. When we arrived at LeBlanc we were greeted with a cool towel and a warm neck pillow while our luggage was promptly taken care of and we were expeditiously checked in. We were immediately impressed by the staff and their friendly courteousness; every staff member greeted us cordially and with bright smiles. Our room was not quite ready so a staff member explained the amenities and restaurants of the resort as well as the functions of the app for the resort which we found to be quite useful. We were invited to a breakfast which would explain the benefits of becoming a member of Le Blanc/Palace Resorts, which we declined and in spite of some previous posts relative to "high pressure sales people," we found that this was not the case at all. After about 20 minutes we received a text message that our room was ready...totally smooth checking process and we found ourselves at the pool shortly thereafter. Overall I just can't say enough about the resort! The rooms were great, the restaurants were outstanding, the food was wonderful, the drinks were plentiful, and the nightly entertainment was great! Overall I just can't say enough about the resort! The rooms were great, the restaurants were outstanding, the food was wonderful, the drinks were plentiful, and the nightly entertainment was great! Each staff member from check-in, to room service, to restaurants, to pool servers, to spa personnel were friendly, courteous, every one greeted you with a smile and were genuinely interested in providing you with excellent service. Both of these gentlemen went out of their way to make our stay completely memorable! From preparing the nightly aromatherapy to ensuring that our reservations at the restaurants were taken care of as well as our spa reservations. Jesus and Marco thought of everything that we would need and made sure that it was provided for us. Thank you both! Hope to see you when we return!
