Let me start with the reason Kai is the best restaurant in Cancun. My wife and I went there 2 weeks ago and had a amazing experience. It started with Jorge who was running the restaurant. He is excellent at his job and has everyone there working at the top of their game.

Next we had an amazing waiter, Gabriel. We never waited a second for anything. Extremely professional and had some great recommendations.

Not everyone knows, but there is also a speakeasy in Kai. You think you are walking into a bank vault, but the overall experience there is amazing. You walk into great music and a laser light show. Then we met the best mixologists we have come across. The way Samuel "Sammy" Cailejas made and presented the drinks was something we have never seen before. The taste of each was unbelievable.

Oh, I forgot, the food there was amazing. Everything we tried was the best food we had in the two weeks we were there. We will make sure it is a stop for us every time we go to Cancun. If you have never been there, I would suggest you go there.

Food was great! They even created a roll off menu for me and the fried Oreo dessert with sparklers for my birthday was spectacular!

I went with a few friends from work, a beautiful restaurant and great service by William (our server) ... the tuna cone and salmon roll were amazing

Massively overpriced for the quality of restaurant. Not that the food is bad but just not worth what they charge. Loud intrusive techno music completely unsuited to its “Japanese” theme.

The most amazing service from William with the most extravagant, delicious, fantastic food. Will be coming back every trip! Had the best recommendations!
