When we found this gem, we were excited to try it! We had the "Red Carpet" treatment (I had to look twice to see if this want a SPA and not a restaurant). Every precaution during Covid-19 was considered, particularly at the salad buffet (line for me to stand while a Server loaded my plate). I was sure to just have a few of the beautiful international, 5⭐️ lay out, and was thankful that this Brazilian cuisine highlighted the country that brought this type of restaurant to our attention. The salad bar is included with the meat skewers (unlike others, particularly in the states). Everyone was kind, friendly and took time to get to know the guests, even though the place was FULL (midday...3pm)! Our favorite Server was Josua, who made great recommends of the organ meats "you HAVE to try it...and let's get you some lime for it" as well as the grilled pineapple...WOW! The brisket and bacon wrapped turkey was our favorite! Incredible, truly. This will be our go-to and recommend to everyone who comes! BTW: While the Owner is on Vacation, his elegant Mother kept everyone cheerful and happy to serve!
