We have been coming to Cancun for over 30 years and have had many wonderful meals, but nothing compares to the brilliance of Chef Sal. I only wish we had discovered it earlier.
The food is exquisite in presentation, excellent portion size, delicious taste and price comparable to other top restaurants in Cancun. From our 2 times at dinner our menu included carrot soup with goat cheese, cheese soufflé, salad with pears and Brie, lamb chops, quail and a unique vegetarian stuffed artichoke. There were several vegetarian dishes to select from.
The location is downtown but in a upper middle class neighborhood. It is located in a lovely strip shopping center. Many of his customers are locals along with tourists.
Go and you will want to return again and again.
